LANEWAY TICKET GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is Organic and Raw Trading Company Pty Ltd of 4/8 Jay Drive Willunga SA 5172, telephone 08 8556 4976 (“Promoter”).
Promotion for the Laneway ticket giveaway commences on 20/12/2018 and ends at 16:00pm ACST on 7/1/2019 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents.
Entrants must be 16 years or older to win tickets for the Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide St Jerome’s Laneway Festival 2019 and 18 years or older for the Sydney and Fremantle St Jerome’s Laneway Festival 2019.
The winner’s Prize companion must also be 18 years or over.
The Prize is a two VIP tickets to one Laneway 2019 event.
Each prize pack is valued between $238-$338 and the total prize pool for the competition is up to $1,480.
Only one (1) entry per individual will be accepted. 2 x VIP Tickets will be given away for each of the five Laneway events. Entrees must nominate which Laneway event they’d like to attend in their entry:

• • Saturday 2nd February – Brisbane Showgrounds, BRISBANE
  • Sunday 3rd February – SCA and Callan Park, Rozelle SYDNEY
  • Friday 8th February – Hart’s Mill, Port Adelaide ADELAIDE
  • Saturday 9th February – Footscray Park, Footscray MELBOURNE
  • Sunday 10th February – Esplanade Reserve and West End FREMANTLE

To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: Tag a friend, nominate a Laneway event and comment on the competition post on the MOJO Beverages Instagram with an answer to: ‘What unique flavour will you bring to Laneway?’
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Individuals must have a Instagram account to be eligible submit an entry.
This is a game of skill and the winners will be chosen by Organic and Raw Trading Company Pty Ltd according to the following judging criteria: entries will be judged on creativity, entertainment value, originality and/or suitability.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries may be used or shared by MOJO Beverages.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners will be notified via Facebook by the 08/01/19.
The winner must confirm their eligibility to be awarded the Prize, and to attend on the allocated date, within two (2) days of being successfully notified by the Promoter, otherwise that winner’s entry will be deemed invalid.
To collect the prize (tickets) eligible entrants must provide the full name and email address of both attendees.
