'Booch For Breakfast!

‘Booch Bircher Muesli 
Bircher muesli is made of raw oats that have been left to soak overnight and soften in liquid. It is a nice, chilled breakfast option all year round, and so easy to grab-and-go in the morning if you prepare it the night before. Traditionally made with milk or juice, you can use kombucha to create bircher muesli for the ultimate good gut-brekky full of fibre and probiotics. 

To make, simply combine ½ a cup of oats and 55mL of your preferred MOJO Gut Shot variety in a bowl (we find that the fruitier varieties work best for a slightly sweeter taste). Place into the fridge for at least 1 hour (but ideally overnight) to soak. When the oats have softened and absorbed most of the liquid, serve with your favourite fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt, or honey. Some of our go-to toppings are berries, sliced banana, chia seeds and almonds – yum!

Add some probiotic power to your morning smoothie – Gut Shots are a low sugar, dairy-free way to blend your favourite ingredients!
