MERRY BERRY

Use one of MOJO’s berrylicious varieties to create this fresh and festive Merry Berry kombucha cocktail!

This recipe is a refreshing Summer spritz for the silly season, with sparkling white wine, berry ‘booch, fresh seasonal fruit and herbs. You can also replace the wine with extra kombucha to make it a MOJO mocktail. 

The real fruit used in Strawberry Hibiscus Activated Kombucha give this drink it’s all natural pink hue, making it extra merry and bright!

Ingredients

  • 200mL MOJO Activated Kombucha Strawberry Hibiscus
  • 100mL sparkling white wine
  • Handful of fresh raspberries and blueberries
  • 3 mint leaves

Method

  1. Place fresh berries and herbs into a glass and bruise with a cocktail muddler or spoon
  2. Add ice and pour over the sparkling wine.
  3. Fill the glass with the berry MOJO Activated Kombucha of your choice and enjoy!
  4. BONUS – Rim your glass with mint sugar if you’re feelin’ fancy.
