MOJO have been brewing true kombucha since 2009.
Kombucha is a sparkling, fermented tea. Traditional kombucha begins with a blend of tea and sugar, that’s then fermented by a living culture of bacteria and yeast, known as a ‘SCOBY‘. The SCOBY transforms the sugar into live cultures and organic acids, creating a naturally low sugar, tangy and refreshing drink!

LIVE CULTURES + PROBIOTICS
Authentic kombucha will have naturally occurring live cultures from the fermentation process. Each bottle of MOJO is also activated with 1 billion colony forming units of the probiotic Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086 at time of bottling.
I LIVE IN THE FRIDGE
As a living, naturally low sugar kombucha, MOJO must always be kept chilled. True to a traditional recipe, we ferment our kombucha until there is a nice balance of residual sugar and tangy organic acids, allowing us to keep things stevia free! Cold storage is therefore required to keep the live cultures + probiotics happy and healthy, whilst preventing any further fermentation. That’s why you’ll only ever find MOJO living in the fridge!
