Happy Mardi Gras!
This Absolut Sparkle cocktail, featuring Absolut Vodka and our Crafted Kombucha Strawberry Hibiscus has been created especially for the 2018 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival and can be found across the city in eight Merivale venues for the duration of the 40th year celebrations.
We love the all natural pink colour and bubbles our Strawberry Hibiscus Kombucha brings to this beautiful blend!
To celebrate the 40th anniversary Mardi Gras Parade and Party tomorrow night (Saturday 3 March 2018), add a bit of Sparkle wherever you are by sipping on this pink drink.
Simply combine:
30mL of Absolut Blue
45mL MOJO Strawberry Hibiscus Crafted Kombucha
45mL Sparkling Wine
15mL Passionfruit Gold
Swizzle with a bar spoon, garnish with an edible flower and enjoy!
