MOJO Crafted Kombucha is a low sugar, sparkling fermented tea.

Our MOJO Crafted Kombucha range was developed for folk interested in the health benefits of Kombucha but not the funky fermented flavour of traditional brews, such as our Classic. 

By adapting our fermentation process, we have created a smoother, lighter refreshment that is the perfect introduction to Kombucha. Crafted also has the added bonus of meeting the low sugar standard with less than 2.5g of sugar per 100mL.

Like all MOJO beverages, each serve of Crafted Kombucha boasts more than 1 billion units of a powerful probiotic strain which supports improved digestion, gut health and immunity. 

All Kombucha begins as a sugar-tea solution before being fermented by a bacteria and yeast culture, commonly known as a  “SCOBY”  (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). For our Crafted recipe, less sugar is added before fermentation, resulting in fewer of those potent organic acids, hence the milder, smoother ‘booch experience.

True to the MOJO you know and love, our Crafted Kombucha is Certified Organic, stevia-free and sweetened naturally with organic fruits and spices.

MOJO Crafted Kombucha is available in Ginger, Strawberry Hibiscus, Blueberry Ginger, Passionfruit, Turmeric Ginger, Mango Lime and Lemon Squash.
