Get up and go with MOJO
Here are three delicious ways to kick-start your day and digestion with Kombucha:
If you crave a cold tangy drink in the AM, our fruity varieties such as Passionfruit, Mango Lime or Strawberry Hibiscus are crafted with real fruit and make a great low sugar swap for juice.
Kombucha is also an energising low-caffeine lift thanks to the blend of green and black tea we use in our brew. Both of these teas have naturally occurring caffeine, but most of it is fermented out of the product so that there is only 5mg of caffeine per 100mL of kombucha, or 16.5mg per bottle (as a comparison a cup of coffee can have around 100mg per cup) – the perfect pick-me-up without the huge caffeine hit!
‘Booch Bircher Muesli
Overnight oats or bircher museli are raw oats that have been left to soak and soften in liquid. They are a nice chilled breakfast option for Summer, and so easy to grab-and-go in the morning if you prepare it the night before. Traditionally made with milk or juice, you can use kombucha to create overnight oats and the ultimate good guts brekky full of fibre, prebiotics and probiotics.
To make, simply combine 1 cups of oats and 250mL of your preferred MOJO Kombucha in a bowl (we find that the fruitier varieties work best for a slightly sweeter taste). Place into the fridge for at least 1 hour (but ideally overnight) to soak. When the oats have softened and absorbed most of the liquid, serve with your favorite fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt or honey. Some of our go-to toppings are berries, sliced banana, chia seeds and almonds – yum!

250mL MOJO Kombucha Passionfruit
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tsp chia seeds
